Surface and Utensil disinfection
There are millions of bacteria on kitchen surfaces, cutting boards, kitchen cloths and sponges. The good news is that Biotek's ozonated water kills them all! Touch of a button ozonated water provides the home kitchen and commercial kitchens with a quick, easy and powerful disinfection method. By simply rinsing kitchen utensils and wiping down surfaces with ozonated water bacteria, viruses, odors and stains will be eliminated. Because ozone quickly breaks down to oxygen no secondary rinsing is required as is the case with foam and soaps. The Biotek's Disinfection System makes disinfection of larger surfaces easy and convenient.

  • Use a cloth to wipe down surfaces (use detergent to remove oil in advance, if necessary) with fresh ozonated water.
  • Place cloths under running ozonated water for 3-5 minutes.
  • Use detergent to remove oil from utensils and then wash under running ozonated water for 2-3 minutes.

Surface disinfection technique

  • At first wash kitchenware and utensils with detergent to remove oil and fat, and then rinse under running ozonated water for 2-3 minutes.
  • Wipe vertical surfaces from top to bottom. Always knit the cloth repeatedly under running ozonated water.
  • Knit and suspense cloths and kitchen sponges under running ozonated water for 3-5 minutes.
